This dispute arose from a failed settlement between plaintiff Tony Ziebert, defendant Sun Valley Lumber, Inc. (Sun Valley),1 the close corporation of which he is part owner, and three individual defendants, John Taylor (aka John Boyer), Lynn Meier, and Lloyd Ziebert.
