I. Introduction

Star's Edge, Inc. and Harry Palmer ("Plaintiffs") filed a Motion for Summary Judgment or Partial Summary Judgment seeking a determination that a federal district court judgment they recovered against Eldon Braun ("Debtor") is nondischargeable under section 523(a)(6).1
