After a jury trial, Patrick and Demita Mintz were both convicted of possessing marijuana with intent to distribute. Patrick Mintz appeals from the conviction. He argues that during jury selection the trial court erred in excusing a prospective juror based on the juror's relationship by affinity to co-defendant Demita Mintz because, contrary to the trial court's finding, the relationship was not sufficiently close to mandate the juror's disqualification...
