The debtor, Raymond L. Woodcock, appeals from the judgment of the bankruptcy court1 denying his motion for relief from a judgment. Because we conclude that the bankruptcy court did not abuse its discretion, we affirm.

BACKGROUND

Woodcock obtained $20,000 in Stafford student loans from Chemical Bank to attend law school at Columbia University. The loans were guaranteed by New York State Higher Education...
