Appellant was indicted for possession of a controlled substance, cocaine, of more than four grams but less than two hundred grams with the intent to deliver. Appellant pleaded not guilty and was tried to a jury, which returned a guilty verdict. The court sentenced Appellant to twenty-five years' confinement.
