This original proceeding involves a discovery dispute. Relator, Christus Health Southeast Texas d/b/a Christus St. Mary Hospital (St. Mary), seeks mandamus relief from the trial court's order requiring St. Mary to produce certain documents requested by real parties in interest, Terry Naegele Russell, et al.
