In this appeal, we review the court of appeals' decision in People v. Auman, 67 P.3d 741 (Colo.App.2002), which affirmed Lisl Auman's convictions for first degree felony murder and second degree burglary.1 We agree with the court of appeals that, as a matter of law, Auman's arrest did not terminate her liability for felony murder and that whether a co-participant...
