This appeal arises from an insurance coverage dispute. On May 27, 2003, Limbach Company LLC (Limbach) filed an action against Zurich American Insurance Company (Zurich), claiming that a commercial liability policy issued by Zurich provided coverage for property damage caused by Limbach's faulty workmanship.
