Opinion by PHYLIS J. SPEEDLIN, Justice.

Paul Wright was found guilty of attempted murder by a jury and was sentenced to fifty years imprisonment. The issue on appeal is whether Wright is entitled to seek specific performance of a plea bargain agreement with the State that provided for a maximum sentence of eighteen years imprisonment. We hold that he is, and therefore reverse the trial court's judgment...
