Gresham brought this action against Defendant Lumbermens Mutual Casualty Company ("Kemper") on August 1, 2003, asserting claims for breach of contract and violation of the Maryland Wage Payment and Collection Act ("WPA"), Md. Labor & Employ. Code Ann. § 3-501 et seq. After I granted Kemper's motion for summary judgment, the Fourth Circuit reversed, ruling that Gresham was entitled to judgment...
