MANION, Circuit Judge.

Matthew Queen repeatedly falsified his address on Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) Form 4473 when buying guns, and eventually entered a conditional guilty plea to one count of making a false statement to a federal firearms dealer, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(a)(6). The district court sentenced Queen to 21 months' imprisonment and three years' supervised release. He argues on appeal, as he did in his motion...
