ECKERSTROM, J.

¶ 1 Appellant William Gomez was convicted after a jury trial of armed robbery and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. The trial court sentenced him to concurrent, presumptive terms of imprisonment of 10.5 years and 7.5 years respectively. He appeals his conviction, arguing that the court erred in refusing to allow the jury to use a magnifying glass to examine fingerprint evidence and in denying his requested instruction...
