The State appeals the trial court's order quashing the indictments against Appellee Tom Newton. Newton filed a motion to dismiss the appeal for lack of jurisdiction.1 On July 14, 2004, we issued an opinion and order denying Appellee Tom Newton's motion to dismiss.
