Jackie Blackburn ("Defendant") was charged by amended information with committing the class C felony of attempted arson in the first degree, in violation of § 564.011 ("Count One"); and with a second count of committing the class C felony of domestic assault in the second degree, in violation of § 565.073 ("Count Two").1
