GEMMILL, Judge.

¶ 1 The marriage of David G. Kohler ("David") and Gwendolyn L. Kohler ("Gwendolyn") was dissolved by decree entered April 20, 2004. David appeals two provisions of that decree involving the division of marital property. We hold that the trial court appropriately exercised its discretion in declining to deduct any costs of a future sale of the marital residence from Gwendolyn's interest...
