Johnny Johnson appeals from the district court's determination that his racial discrimination claim was time-barred. Because we conclude that his claim related back to the filing of his original petition, we reverse this part of the judgment. Johnson also contends that the district court improperly found that a parent company and its subsidiary, the company for which Johnson worked, were not a single enterprise.
