(collectively, "Mueller") and his supervisor, Deborah Jones, pursuant to Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e-2(a)(1) ("Title VII"), and 42 U.S.C. § 1981. Walker alleged that he was forced to work in a racially hostile work environment and that Jones and Mueller retaliated against him for complaining...
