Defendant dynamicsoft, Inc. ("dynamicsoft") has moved pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(6) to dismiss two counts of a three-count Amended Complaint seeking damages and contract reformation on the basis of an alleged fraud perpetrated by dynamicsoft (collectively, the "fraud claims").
