Charles W. Randolph, II, ("Plaintiff") is an engineer employed by TesTex, Inc. ("TesTex"). Eastman Chemical Company ("Eastman" or "Defendant") entered into a contract with TesTex for TesTex to conduct non-destructive electromagnetic testing
