The defendant, the Town of Chester (Town), appeals from the order of the Superior Court (McHugh, J.) reversing the denial by the Town's zoning board of adjustment (ZBA) of a variance requested on behalf of the plaintiff, Chester Rod and Gun Club, Inc.
