Presently before the Court is an appeal by Kelly Beaudin Stapleton, United States Trustee for Region 3 (the "Trustee"), from the January 13, 2004 Order (the "Order") of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (the "Bankruptcy Court") granting the Debtor's application to employ Kronish Lieb Weiner & Hellman LLP ("Kronish Lieb") as special counsel under 11 U.S.C. § 327(e)
