This marital dissolution proceeding requires us to consider the continuing legal effect of a document that, at the time that it was drafted, was intended to be a marital settlement agreement. Husband and wife separated after seven years of marriage, considered dissolution of the marriage, and, in contemplation of that dissolution, entered into an agreement regarding the distribution of their property. They later reconciled and lived together for 10 years...
