On June 2, 2000, Appellant Kirby Arbaugh, an employee of AG Processing, Inc., was shocked with 440 volts of electricity when he attempted to turn on the electrical switch to a feed-bag line. Appellees AG Processing, Inc. and Specialty Risk Services accepted the June 2 incident as compensable and paid related medical benefits.
