After twenty years as a season ticket holder of the defendant, New England Patriots Limited Partnership (Patriots), the plaintiff, Yarde Metals, Inc. (Yarde), received a letter from the Patriots' front office advising that Yarde's season ticket privileges had been terminated, "effective immediately."
