This case presents the question of whether the Railway Labor Act preempts a railroad employee's claims that he was induced to leave his current employer by false promises from his new employer that he would be given a certain position and wage. The court finds that, even though the Plaintiff applied for a position covered by a valid collective bargaining agreement, Plaintiff's claims are not preempted...
