SCHEINDLIN, District Judge.

I. INTRODUCTION

On April 20, 2005, this Court issued an Opinion and Order ("Order"), denying, in large part, defendants' motions to dismiss the complaints filed in fifteen states. Although familiarity with the Order is assumed, it generally held that plaintiffs' claims could go forward based on theories of collective liability.
