¶ 1 A police officer pulled his patrol car up behind an occupied car that was legally parked on a residential street with its tail and dome lights on. He walked up to the driver's side window and requested identifying information from both occupants, who complied. A warrant check revealed that Curtis Mote, who was in the front passenger seat, had an outstanding warrant. The officer arrested and searched Mote, and found a small baggie of methamphetamine...
