PER CURIAM.

[¶ 1.] J.R. appeals the termination of her parental rights over her two-year-old daughter (child). We affirm.

FACTS

[¶ 2.] Child was born out of wedlock to Watertown residents J.R. (mother), age twenty-one, and G.W. (father) on January 8, 2003.1 On May 9, the Department of Social Services (DSS) received a call from the hospital reporting that child, then age four months, had fractured both bones...
