After a grand jury returned an eleven-count indictment charging the defendant with possession with intent to distribute various drugs, the defendant moved to suppress post-arrest statements and physical evidence seized from his motor vehicle and his residence. A judge of the Superior Court allowed the motion. In this interlocutory appeal, the Commonwealth challenges only one aspect of the judge's decision,
