Rory Holloway and John Horne, formerly managers for the boxer Mike Tyson, brought this action against promoter Don King and various corporate entities he controls (collectively "King") alleging that King breached a 1995 oral agreement to give each of the plaintiffs 10 percent of all of King's earnings from exploiting Tyson's fights.1 King has moved to dismiss pursuant to Rules 12(b)...
