OPINION

TAYLOR, Judge.

Harrodsburg Industrial Warehousing, Inc. and Riley & Peavler, LLC (collectively referred to as Harrodsburg Warehousing) bring this appeal from a December 21, 2000, summary judgment of the Mercer Circuit Court dismissing Count IV of the complaint and an October 30, 2003, judgment dismissing Counts II and III of the complaint.1 We affirm.
