Defendant was convicted, following a jury trial, of felony murder, first degree robbery (three counts), weapons-related crimes, and conspiracy (to commit robbery). Sentenced to an aggregate prison term of 25 years to life on the murder, robbery and weapons counts and to a consecutive term of 11/3 to 4 years on the conspiracy count, defendant now appeals.
