BECKER, J.
¶ 1 N.B. contends that his manifest injustice disposition must be reversed because the juvenile court judge based it on facts found only by a preponderance of the evidence. Our state juvenile code requires that the manifest injustice determination be supported by proof beyond a reasonable doubt. Here, there is no indication that the judge used a lower standard of proof. Accordingly, we affirm the disposition.
