ORME, Judge:

¶ 1 Z.C., herself a child, appeals the juvenile court's denial of her motion to dismiss a delinquency petition alleging she sexually abused a child. This offense would be a second degree felony if committed by an adult. See Utah Code Ann. § 76-5-404.1 (2003).
