[¶ 1] Appellant, David A. Basden (Father), challenges an order of the district court which modified the custody of his Daughter so that Appellee, Carla J. Cole (Mother), is now the primary custodian, with Father having liberal visitation. Father contends that Mother failed to prove a material change in circumstances which warranted the modification of custody, and that the district court erred in relying on evidence from the guardian ad litem...
