Plaintiff Karkoukli's, Inc. ("Karkoukli's") appeals the District Court's summary judgment in favor of defendants in this 42 U.S.C. § 1983 case involving Oakland County, Michigan's foreclosure sale of real property due to Karkoukli's delinquency in paying property taxes.
