Kristopher "Cody" Parker, while a patient at Meadow Pines Hospital, a private mental health hospital in Longview, allegedly suffered injuries related to restraints used on him. After suit1 and the passage of an appropriate time period,2 the defendant Hospital moved for, and received, dismissal of the lawsuit because of Parker's failure to file an expert report...
