A. Statement of Facts:

This lawsuit was brought by four students, identified as AB, EF, GH, and KL, who attended Rhinebeck High School ("RHS") and Cathy Conley ("Conley"), the attendance staff member of RHS (AB, EF, GH, KL and Conley are collectively referred to herein as the "Plaintiffs"). Both AB and GH are minors.1
