Hartley Goodman (hereinafter, "Husband") appeals the dismissal and, in the alternative, denial of his motion to modify his monthly maintenance requirement.1 Husband raises four allegations of error on appeal, including that a portion of the transcript necessary for meaningful appellate review is missing.
