The Appellant, James G. Clemons, was convicted of manufacturing methamphetamine and trafficking in a controlled substance (methamphetamine) in the first degree, both of which are felonies. He was also convicted of two misdemeanors; namely, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
