PER CURIAM:

Appellants Ulrika Browning, Timothy Higgins, and Wendy Higgins, appeal the October 6, 2004, order of the Circuit Court of Upshur County that granted summary judgment to Appellees, Judith Halle and Andreas Halle, in Appellants' action against Appellees for nuisance, interference with riparian rights, and negligence. For the reasons that follow, we affirm the circuit court's order.
