Concluding that he shot two people, killing one of them, a Supreme Court jury found defendant guilty of manslaughter in the first degree (Penal Law § 125.20 [1]), assault in the first degree (Penal Law § 120.10 [3]), criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree (Penal Law § 265.03), and reckless endangerment in the first degree (Penal Law § 120.25)...
