Plaintiff-Appellant Mary Patrick Latham appeals the district court's grant of summary judgment in favor of Defendants-Appellees Office of the Attorney General of the State of Ohio ("OAG") and others. Latham brought this action against the OAG claiming that its termination of her employment violated both her First Amendment rights and the anti-retaliation provisions of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967 ("ADEA")...
