The plaintiff, Cambridge Mutual Fire Insurance Company (Cambridge), appeals an order of the Superior Court (Sullivan, J.) granting the defendant's, Peerless Insurance Company (Peerless), motion for summary judgment and denying Cambridge's motion to reconsider. We affirm and remand.
