On Monday, August 19, 2002, James Vetor (Vetor) sustained injuries when the car in which he was a passenger was involved in a motor vehicle accident with John T. Lunsford's vehicle. At the time, Vetor was an employee of Windshields & More, Inc., and the accident occurred during the workday. As a result of his injuries, Vetor was unable to return to work for a few months.
