Saint-Gobain Performance Plastics Corporation, HCM Division ("Saint-Gobain" or "Plaintiff") filed a Complaint with this Court1 on August 6, 2004, alleging that Truseal USA, Inc. ("Truseal") and its owner and president Stephen Ronald Warburton-Pitt ("Warburton-Pitt") (collectively "Defendants") infringed a patent owned by Saint-Gobain.
