Nathaniel Bell appeals his jury conviction of one count of premeditated first-degree murder.

Nathaniel Bell, who was 19 years old in April 2003, was planning to leave Wichita in early May to go into the Job Corps, and in the meantime he was staying at the apartment of Adam Lopez. Jose Felix was Lopez' roommate. Duane Williams and Gregorio Cervantes...
