This is an appeal following a reversal and remand. Appellant Sandra Frigon appeals the July 28, 2003, order of the Benton County Circuit Court that divided a marital asset — a Unum Provident Disability Income Protection Policy covering appellee Dr. Gary Frigon. We agree that reversal is warranted.
