THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, Respondent, v. KHALIQ HARRIS, Appellant.

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of the State of New York, Second Department.

Ordered that the judgment is reversed, on the law, and a new trial is ordered.

The hearing court properly denied that branch of the defendant's omnibus motion which was to suppress his incriminating written statement to law enforcement officials (see People v Williams, 222 A.D.2d 627 [1995]).
