In this dispute concerning constructive notice of a recorded deed of trust, plaintiff, Guaranty Bank and Trust Company (Guaranty), appeals the trial court's summary judgment in favor of defendants, LaSalle National Bank (LaSalle) and California Federal Bank (California Federal). We affirm.
